Portal Guidance
The portal does not currently expose a public self-serve submission API for ecosystem listings, grants, or repository issue intake.
Use the portal as follows:

/governancefor protocol participation surfaces.
Operational Note
Public GitHub issue intake is not exposed as a portal-supported workflow in the current deployment. Repository access and maintainer escalation are coordinated through Rivellum Labs.
